- Payment information: processed securely by Paystack. We never see or store your card details.
- Newsletter subscription: your email address if you voluntarily subscribe.
- Usage data: anonymous page-view analytics (no personally identifiable information).

- To fulfil and deliver your order.
- To send you an order confirmation email.
- To contact you if there is an issue with your order.
- To send promotional emails (only if you subscribed; unsubscribe any time).
- To improve our website and customer experience.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with service providers necessary to run our store:
- Paystack — payment processing (Paystack Privacy Policy).
- Supabase — secure database storage.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
5. Data Retention
Order records are retained for up to 5 years to comply with Ghanaian tax and accounting requirements. Newsletter subscribers’ email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
