Our Commitment

At Dot Pins Ghana, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.
  • In the original packaging (where applicable).
  • Accompanied by your order number or confirmation email.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
  • Items without proof of purchase.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Process

  1. Email orders@dotpins.com or WhatsApp +233 59 473 0868 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item, via the original payment method (mobile money, card, etc.).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size, colour, or product of equal value. If the replacement item costs more, you will be asked to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

Delivery Costs

Return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
